What is the difference between Climate-Controlled and Non-Climate-Controlled units?
- Climate-Controlled (CC): These units maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level, making them ideal for sensitive items like wooden furniture, electronics, pianos, and clothing.
- Non-Climate-Controlled (NCC): These units are standard storage spaces, perfect for items that aren't sensitive to Texas heat, such as garden tools, outdoor gear, and sturdy plastic containers.
Do you offer Boat and RV storage?
Yes! Being so close to Lake Travis, we specialize in boat and RV storage. We offer several options:
- Open Storage: Budget-friendly gravel, mulch, or grass surface spots for trailers and vehicles.
- Covered Storage: Semi-enclosed spots (up to 15’ high) to protect your investment from the sun and elements.
- Amenities: Select covered spots include 110V power hookups.
How do I know what size unit I need?
- 5x5: Similar to a small closet; fits a dresser, small mattress, and several boxes.
- 10x10: Fits the contents of two full bedrooms or an entire family room.
- 10x20: Fits a multi-bedroom house, including large appliances like refrigerators and washers/dryers.
