Yes. Our website allows you to rent units, make payments, and manage your account 24/7 for a completely contactless experience.
What is the difference between Climate-Controlled and Non-Climate-Controlled units?
- Climate-Controlled (CC): These units maintain a consistent temperature, making them ideal for sensitive items like wooden furniture, electronics, pianos, and clothing.
- Non-Climate-Controlled (NCC): These units are standard storage spaces, perfect for items that aren't sensitive to Texas heat, such as garden tools, outdoor gear, and sturdy plastic containers.
Do you offer Boat and RV storage?
Yes! Being so close to Lake Travis, we specialize in boat and RV storage. We offer several options:
- Open Storage: Budget-friendly gravel, mulch, or grass surface spots for trailers and vehicles.
- Covered Storage: Semi-enclosed spots (up to 15’ high) to protect your investment from the sun and elements.
- Amenities: Select covered spots include 110V power hookups.
How do I know what size unit I need?
- 5x5: Similar to a small closet; fits a dresser, small mattress, and several boxes.
- 10x10: Fits the contents of two full bedrooms or an entire family room.
- 10x20: Fits a multi-bedroom house, including large appliances like refrigerators and washers/dryers.
What are the gate hours and office hours?
- Gate access is 24/7, every day. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday.
Is Alliance Storage secure? Yes. The facility has digital video surveillance, a keypad-controlled gate, perimeter fencing, full-site lighting, and onsite personnel during office hours.
What if the unit size I want is full?
Our website features a real-time Waiting List. If your preferred size is currently unavailable, you can join the list, and we will contact you as soon as a unit opens up.
Who has access to my unit?
Only you. Each unit is secured with your own lock. Alliance Storage does not keep a copy of your key.
